Nosotrxs Por El Valle is a group of Rio Grande Valley natives, scholars, and activists who aim to give the community back its history. We work as a team of Chicana/os from various disciplines: History, Mexican American Studies, and Communication. Our project aims to highlight the efforts of BIPOC in the struggle for civil rights in the Rio Grande Valley. We aim to take the various experiences and stories of BIPOC of the RGV and make these histories accessible to the community. As this exhibit travels and grows, it will do so with the community. We are requesting monetary donations to support the printing of the panels for this project. The expected printing date is September 10, 2023.
